Expanding the Middle Class
I want families, businesses, and opportunities to expand in Howard County. Residents deserve to live in safe communities with modern schools that are appealing to small businesses and large employers. Our growing families need more childcare options — at affordable rates. And we must supply our older neighbors with attractive downsizing options to increase their quality of life without decreasing the quality of their retirement.
